Seatac to London

We’re on the first plane now, about an hour away from London. I woke up at 6:45 yesterday morning, wide-eyed with anticipation to finally be on our way. It’s about 2:30am in Tacoma right now.

My neck hurts. As usual, the attacks have come fast and furious as we prepared to leave. Kris has a bad blister on her heel that won’t heal, and my neck has been in extreme pain since Friday night. It feels a little better this morning – surprising since I’ve spent the night on a plane. Nothing is impossible with God.

Shortly after liftoff – OK – takeoff – (we’re not going to another planet after all), Noel got sick. Dizzy, clammy, & faint. They took her back to the galley and laid her flat with some oxygen. She didn’t get much better, so they laid her down in the back across four seats. Kris is with her.

God, I pray your healing and protection on Noel. I pray for complete restoration through your Spirit. I rebuke this attack in your name. I pray Noel would be filled with strength from you, God, so she can give you the glory. I pray this in your name, Father.

I forgot to mention that Jack almost didn’t get his visa for the trip. He sent the application in on time, but didn’t get it until the night before we left! I told Doug that God must have big plans for us if we are being hit so hard by the enemy before we even arrive!

According to the monitor, we’re over Scotland now. Almost to Glasgow. It’s cloudy, so not much to see. We’re still at 33,000 feet going 660 mph. Freaky! I napped a little, but not much. Watched Letters to Juliet and Prince of Persia. I’m going to stay at Heathrow rather than go into town with my neck feeling so crazy. Ugh!

Cleveland just came back from a walk about the plane and says Noel is feeling much better. Thank you, Jesus!
